Return Policy

All Ad subscription or services once initiated are non-refundable and will be run until your time period runs out. Your Ad, web site, video, etc. can be taken down at your request at anytime. All physical products have a 30 day return policy and must be in their original packaging and in same condition it was sent to you. Please contact customer services at info@aroundthevenue.com and provide your username, email address and the original receipt for your return and credit instructions.

Terms of Service

Welcome to Around The Venue, LLC (“ATV”). ATV delivery model to provide an e-commerce solution for end users. For example, we provide an online shopping cart available through our website, Ecwid.com, and through other user interfaces, that integrates with your website or social presence. You must read, understand, and agree with theTerms of Service and ATV’s Privacy Policy before you use any of ATV’s products and services. This includes all features and functionalities, our user interfaces such as our website, and all content and associate software (in whole or in part, the“Products and Services”).

These Terms ofService require all disputes between you and ATV to be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION. YOU AGREE TO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under this contract (except formatters that may be taken too small claims court). Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT a judge or jury and your claims cannot be brought as a class action. Please review the Arbitration Agreement below for the details regarding your agreement to arbitrate any disputes with ATV.
